This hotel exceeded our expectations! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Sanctuary and near restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of natural light coming in. The staff was friendly and attentive. great value for money.
Only one minor issue, but everything else was perfect.

The hotel is new, modern and functional furnished, located in the silence street 5 minutes walk from sanctuary. The staff is really fantastic (greetings to Vera!), and you can eat quite cheap in the hotel's restaurants. Good breakfast.
The only one disadvantage - connected with modern style of rooms - was glass door to bathroom, not ideal closing to frame, so one could feel not very comfortable.

we stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. We are very happy with what we were served. Nice hotel, very close location to the Sanctuary, very clean, brand new, standard continental breakfast, very tasty coffee. If you decide to take a room, take one with the balcony. This hotel is rated as a 2 star hotel, but from our experience, it derseves more than 3 star hotel. In general highly recomemded.

The hotel is modern, looks like brand-new. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning heated the room well and it was quite welcome on the night that we stayed. We found it good value for money. The continental breakfast (included in the price) is satisfying.

Price, cleanliness, totally non-smoking, new.
Very little storage space. Bathroom hod no shelves/storage. Did not feel organized there, due to lack of storage space.

I had a surprisingly good stay at this hotel in Fatima. the location was excellent, as it was so close to the sanctuary, making it convenient for sightseeing. Secondly, the room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom with a terrace. Lastly, the breakfast provided was simple but included in the room rate, which was amazing value for money. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the friendly staff.
The only downside, if I had to mention one, was that the shower didn't drain well and the sink was a bit clogged. However, this was a minor issue and everything else was alright.

We, my Wife and I liked everything about it, it was luxury, very reasonably priced, excellent staff so helpful, food was beautiful and so close to where we were visiting. We would recommend it to everyone. Thank you for such good accommodation.

We decided to book a romantic getaway in this hotel and the room was decent. The bed was comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi available. the hotel had a private parking space for us at no extra charge, which was convenient.
There were several negative aspects of our stay. The walls were paper-thin and we could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms.

Brand new modern small hotel, very good value for money in the centre of Fatima, helpful and courteous staff, very comfortable rooms.
Only drawback for me was that there was a shower and no bath-tub in the bathroom, but shower was good.

Elderly people may find the slopes a bit difficult to climb, but the location was close to the shrine and sanctuary. the room and bathroom were clean and modern, with free Wi, Fi and TV channels, as reported by previous visitors. the open, air carpark was a plus.
Some visitors reported poor staff hospitality, and a few negative incidents with the food and breakfast wipe, cloth.
